Subway in Erfurt

Simply sad when the sub of the day is called "Daily Offer" and costs 50 cents more. Funny that it's nowhere ... Funny that the 50 cents surcharge is nowhere. Strange that other Subway branches don't act like that (franchise or not) Since the shop in Thüringen Park is owned by the same owner, the same rules naturally apply there. Fortunately, the subway at the station is friendly and without these rules.

Subway is always delicious. because prescribed foods come on the sub. Therefore it is difficult to evaluate and only to make out from the environment and the service ... Today here a bit listless ... and sorry, I know nobody can help, the young man is very hairy - on the face, arms, hands ... Luckily they always have gloves on at subway, otherwise I would have gone back here.

The sub itself was typically Subway good, but I couldn't redeem my free drink (feedback code) at the checkout with the statement that this would only go in the branch, where I also gave feedback (which is absolute nonsense). In addition, card payments are only possible from € 5. At the present time and especially in the Corona time an absurdity!

Central location and the typical subway offer, in the shop itself it is tight and there are few seats, but you can sit in the square in front of the department store, some employees are grumpy

2 types of bread, almost no sauces left, 2 completely overwhelmed, unfriendly staff and for the first time heard that the student menu does not include any chips. Simply disappointing, it is a lot better at the train station.

My children and I have been there I asked how much a student menu costs the employee said it costs 1.30 € first I wondered why it only costs 1.30 € but when they finished the order it didn't cost 3.90 € 27.00 € bad just bad never again I go there

I can not complain. I am often there and the young lady is always friendly and can sometimes have a word or two beyond the order (moreover something for the eye ;-)). So far, I can't complain about the other employees either.

Incredible. I've never had such a bad experience with subways. It starts with the very friendly employee putting the wrong sauce on my sub. So far so forgivable. The less friendly colleague told me first that the sub of the day in this branch is more expensive than the same sub from the franchisee 300m away. Then I was not allowed to pay with a card because this was only possible from € 5. Here too there has never been a problem with the other subways at the station. I was then forced to buy cookies or something else so that I could pay with a card. Shame on me that I didn't have enough cash with me and expected service. Then my card could not be recognized because there is a worldwide problem with iPhones and the digital customer cards ..... funny only that it worked 4 hours before with the good subways at the station. I was presented with excuses about excuses in the most spirited way. I was bluntly explained what I had to do and what the employees would not have to do. So now I had to buy more than I wanted, I paid more for it than anywhere else and I couldn't collect any points for it. Thank you Subways in Anger 1 for the worst experience since system catering. The visit was on January 15, 2020 at 12:20 p.m.

3 employees present last night and only the young lady was friendly. One of the two boys threw the vegetables that he had taken too much back into the container with apparel and apparently found himself too cool for this job. This is how you deal with food here. It was also underused. I've also worked at Subway and know how to assign a sub. The 'friendly' employee apparently not. Was extremely disappointed, even though I know how hard it is to find decent staff. The guy didn't go at all. Not even in an emergency.

I like Subway. That's why it always tastes good because of pity the 3 stars. Unfortunately I was from a young gentleman. Brown hair with glasses very rude served. Maybe you would rather not work in a shop where you have a lot to do with people. But it tasted like always :)

Non friendly behavior, no one speaks english. They don't even understand basic things in english.

Nothing special, it's just a normal subway

Friendly and capable staff. Unfortunately, only little space and especially at lunchtime bulging. A bit too much body contact with strangers for my taste, just to come to a place. Otherwise great. Tip: do not visit between 12:00 and 13:30
